Reporting directly to global leadership, you will own the commercial strategy and execution for Brazil. You'll recruit and grow a high-performing team, develop and drive the go-to-market plan, and be the driving force behind Fresha's success in one of Latin America's most exciting markets.
What You'll Do
Define and execute the Brazil commercial strategy, achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Build and lead a world-class team of sales professionals across Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, and Account Management.
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and territory planning to pipeline management and forecasting.
Create and standardize scalable sales processes to drive operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.
Set, communicate, and manage performance expectations (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs).
Champion best-in-class use of HubSpot to maximize team productivity and visibility.
Motivate, coach, and empower your team to deliver exceptional results for Fresha's partners.
What we're Looking For
Proven B2B commercial leadership experience in SaaS, digital sales, online marketplace, or payments — with teams of 50+ across multiple locations.
Deep experience managing all commercial functions: Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, and Account Management.
Track record of hitting targets and building high-performing teams from scratch.
Highly analytical and data-confident — you use numbers to make decisions.
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves when needed.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
The Setup
This is a full-time position. You will be employed locally in Brazil through our trusted Employer of Record partner, ensuring full CLT compliance — including all statutory benefits, FGTS contributions, and a bilingual employment contract.
