As an Engineering Business Partner - Food and Beverage Production, you will be responsible to both your assigned clients as well as your Foth project execution teams. Through the delivery of personalized, client-centered service, you will develop and manage positive and productive long-term client relationships. By demonstrating a dynamic and positive leadership style, you will encourage and motivate a multi-disciplined team to support your clients’ engineering, equipment and capital execution needs, enabling them to be a leader in their market.
In addition to natural interpersonal skills, you will also need to possess strong business, technical, and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will be able to generate revenue, deliver profitability, create and implement strategic plans, and make timely decisions.
Finally, you will need to maintain a flexible schedule and will be expected to travel as necessary to meet the needs of the role.
