Intermediate Mechanical Engineer en Dialogdesign

Design HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and heating/cooling systems for commercial and institutional buildings

Lead and coordinate mechanical design from schematic phase through construction documents

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, structural engineers and electrical engineers to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions

Develop and maintain high quality Revit models and engineering drawings for HVAC, plumbing and drainage, and fire protection systems for commercial and institutional buildings

Integrate energy modelling, BIM, value engineering, and lifecycle costing to optimize mechanical systems

Manage day to day project activities, including client meetings and presentations

Contribute innovative mechanical solutions for green and high performance building projects
