For over 75 years, Miracle-Ear has helped more than 50 million people rediscover the joy of hearing. Our mission is simple:

We care for every patient with Honesty, Integrity, and Compassion while delivering the highest quality hearing healthcare possible.

We are looking for a service-driven, organized, and people-focused professional to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience.

As the first person our patients interact with, you play a critical role in shaping their entire experience with our clinic.

Why This Role Matters

Many of our patients come to us after struggling with hearing loss for years. Some are nervous. Some are frustrated. Some are simply hoping for a better solution.

Your ability to welcome them, guide them, and support them through their visit can truly change someone’s life.

The right person for this role understands that great customer service is not just about answering phones—it’s about making people feel valued, heard, and cared for.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome every patient with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.
  • Set expectations for appointments and guide patients through their visit.

Support Growth & Community Engagement

  • Assist with office promotions, marketing initiatives, and social media engagement.
  • Help educate patients about hearing care accessories and services.
  • Contribute to the positive culture and success of the clinic.
