About the Role:
Powered by TodayTix (PxT) is TodayTix Group's enterprise-level ticketing and e-commerce division, providing the technology and tools that help leading cultural organizations, attractions, and live events power their box office operations and drive online sales.
We're looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to own client implementations end-to-end, picking up where Sales leaves off and driving each project through successful go-live, while building the processes and playbooks that scale with us.
In this role, your client relationships are built through delivery, not sales account or P&L ownership. You'll be hands-on with clients, translating their needs into technical reality and making complex things feel simple. You'll also bring a builder's mindset: spotting patterns across implementations, experimenting with tools (including AI) and turning lessons learned into better ways of working.
Please note: This is a full-time role and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility for the remainder of the week.
The salary range for this role is £45,000 - £55,000.
What Success Looks Like:
Implementations go live on time, meet technical and business requirements, and have minimal post-launch issues
Clients launch confidently and can independently manage ticketing, reporting, and daily operations from day one
Risks are caught and communicated early, before they impact timelines or trust
Each implementation leaves the team with better processes, templates, or tooling than the one before
What You’ll Do:
Own implementations end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live, keeping timelines, scope, and quality on track
Manage hands-on technical configuration: websites, microsites, data migrations, and system integrations
Be the primary client contact, translating needs into clear requirements, managing expectations, and guiding clients toward what will actually work
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to keep implementations moving and handoffs clean
Build and improve how we work, turning lessons learned into processes, templates, and tooling
Support direct reports with clear priorities, regular feedback, and room to grow
We're Looking for Someone With:
5+ years running implementations in a SaaS or B2B environment, owning the full lifecycle from contract to go-live
Strong project management skills across concurrent projects, with a track record of shipping quality work in ambiguous environments
Clear, confident communication, able to hold a firm position with clients while keeping the relationship intact
A natural instinct to build process and experiment with tools (including AI) to improve how work gets done
Some experience supporting or managing others, even informally Experience in arts, live events, ticketing, or attractions is a bonus, not a requirement
