We’re seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded clinical operations leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who has lived inside complex healthcare workflows, understands where operational friction lives, and is energized by redesigning process, building performance visibility, and automating what shouldn’t be manual. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to Clinical Ops leadership and a driving force behind scalable infrastructure that supports trial execution excellence.

  • Design and optimize workflows across clinical operations organization
  • Build KPI dashboards and reporting infrastructure that drive accountability
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities that eliminate manual work and increase quality
  • Create the operational backbone that enables Clinical Ops to scale efficiently
  • Your work will directly impact study timelines, team efficiency, and organizational performance

What You’ll Do

  • Lead cross-functional workflow design across Clinical Operations and key partner functions
  • Map current-state processes and implement scalable, future-state improvements
  • Develop KPI frameworks and executive-ready dashboards that drive performance visibility
  • Standardize reporting
  • Identify automation opportunities and partner with internal stakeholders to implement workflow and systems enhancements
  • Reduce manual operational burden through thoughtful process and technology improvements
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Clinical Ops leadership

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in operations within healthcare environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into operational action
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing executive-level leaders
  • Bonus: exposure to automation tools or AI-enabled solutions & experience in a high-growth or scaling organization

Base Salary: $140K - $170K
