Position Summary

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Business Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to multiple departments. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation management, reporting, scheduling, and coordination of internal initiatives.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to support cross-functional business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations Support

Provide administrative support for internal business initiatives and operational processes.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
Maintain accurate records and operational files.

Coordination & Communication

Schedule meetings and coordinate cross-departmental activities.
Support communication between internal teams and leadership.
Assist with business planning and operational tracking activities.

Reporting & Documentation

Generate reports and maintain documentation related to operational initiatives.
Assist with tracking project milestones and deliverables.
Ensure data accuracy within internal systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with HR, finance, and program teams to support operational activities.
Provide support for business improvement initiatives and internal projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or business support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle confidential business information responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting business operations in government contracting environments.
Familiarity with project coordination and reporting processes.

Work Environment

Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable).
