Patient Coordinator | H2 Health | Full-Time Position
As a part of the H2 Health team, the Patient Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive top-quality care from their first point of contact to their ongoing therapy sessions. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly upon their arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient flow and care delivery.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing front desk operations.
- Calling PCP for Plan of Cares
- Incoming Faxes
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to office policies.
