What is a day in the life of a Creator Success Manager?

  • Manage relationships with top creators to ensure strong performance, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Own a book of business and drive GMV goals through consistent communication, performance tracking, and growth strategies.
  • Matchmake creators with brand campaigns to meet content volume, quality, and conversion objectives.
  • Coach creators on performance, content optimization, and TikTok Shop best practices to maximize engagement and earnings.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of emerging and high-potential creators to join the retainer creator program.
  • Evaluate performance analytics to determine renewals, upsells, or exits based on creator ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers, campaign strategists, and analytics teams to improve creator impact and output.
  • Drive creator engagement through events, community initiatives, and performance challenges.

  • What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • 2–4 years experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate management, or social commerce.
  • Proven track record managing creator or talent relationships in a results-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, social commerce trends, and creator monetization models.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized and motivated by performance metrics and creator success.

  • What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?

  • 30 Day: Immerse yourself in Pattern’s proprietary data and AI tools while building foundational relationships with your internal team and creator portfolio.
  • 60 Day: Transition into a "Team of Doers" by executing data-driven content coaching and matchmaking strategies that directly increase GMV for your assigned creators.
  • 90 Day: Scale your impact by optimizing creator ROI, launching community growth initiatives, and delivering insights that solidify Pattern’s dominance on TikTok Shop.
  • What is the team like?

  • You will work with the TikTok Shop affiliate team and Account Management team and be supervised by the Director of Affiliate and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
