Who We're Looking For
A senior Account Executive who can own our revenue motion — from pipeline creation to close — in the private credit, institutional lending, and banking markets. This is not a mature playbook to execute — it's a motion to build while closing. If you thrive in a build-the-plane-while-flying-it environment, have deep credibility in commercial lending, and are energized by the intersection of AI and financial services, you might be exactly who we need!
The Role
Build and own the pipeline — Identify, pursue, and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified prospects in private credit, institutional lending, and banking
Drive deals to close — Own the full sales cycle from first call through contract signature, navigating complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales with discipline and urgency
Show up in the market — Represent EnFi at conferences, trade shows, and industry events as a credible voice in commercial credit and AI-powered lending
Define the GTM playbook — Develop and execute go-to-market strategy including positioning, segmentation, competitive response, and outreach approach
Partner across the team — Work with Customer Success on smooth handoffs, and surface market feedback to product and engineering to shape the roadmap
Report with clarity — Provide pipeline reporting, accurate forecasts, and strategic insights to leadership
Skills & Experience
10+ years in financial services sales with a proven track record closing complex, high-value B2B deals
Deep domain expertise in private credit, institutional lending, or commercial banking — enough to earn trust with CCOs and CLOs from day one
Strong existing network within private credit funds, banks, and institutional lenders
Experience selling technology into financial institutions — you understand how buying decisions get made and how to navigate them
High say-do ratio: your pipeline forecasts are accurate and your commitments are kept
Energized by ownership — comfortable being a first commercial hire, not the fifth
Bonus Points For
Experience at an early-stage fintech or enterprise SaaS in a first commercial hire capacity
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in credit risk, underwriting, or portfolio monitoring
Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in commercial lending (CECL, BSA/AML, etc.)
