Your Role 

As SAP FICO Analyst, you will play a dual role in our Tech organisation. You will ensure the stability and reliability of our financial core while simultaneously acting as a functional lead in high-impact projects. You will be the bridge between finance and our broader tech ecosystem, ensuring that our End-to-End processes remain scalable and standardised.

    • Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for FICO and REFX operations, identifying root causes across work-streams and applying structured analysis to resolve them independently.
  • Continuously monitor and improve existing financial workflows, ensuring they align with SAP Global Standards and "Clean Core" principles.
  • Support and enable others within the team by documenting best practices for lean development and system usage.
  • Drive the implementation of technical solutions within larger business projects, overseeing initial design, integration, and deployment.
  • Support the design of modern integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to connect S/4HANA with internal and external systems.
  • Challenge the status quo. Proactively look for configuration, tools or automation solutions that save time and enhance customer experience in SAP.

    • Your Profile

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (GL, AP/AR, AA, CO).
  • Solid knowledge of SAP REFX (Flexible Real Estate Management) and its integration points.
  • Proven experience with interface design in SAP Integration Suites (CPI, BTP).
  • Understanding of adjacent systems in the data chain (DWH, automation tools) is a plus.
  • You are obsessed with SAP Standards and shy away from custom solutions in order to keep the system maintainable. You actively advocate for returning to standard.
  • You have experience in full-cycle implementations or major roll-outs and feel comfortable moving between deep technical tasks and high-level project management.
  • You are proactive, decisive, and grow stronger by solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You are highly analytical and data-driven, coupled with customer obsession and eagerness to work in a fast paced and impact-driven environment.
  • You have experience in product development and agile methodologies.
  • You are fluent in English.
