Job Description and Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role as a School Psychologist serving a school located in Colorado Springs, CO. The School Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, eligibility determination proceedings, providing counseling and mental health support to students (if needed), collaborating with school staff and parents, and implementing intervention strategies. The role also includes participating in IEP meetings, writing reports, and monitoring students' progress.

- Job Duties: (direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case management)
- Guaranteed Hours: including documentation, administrative and planning time
- On-site, in person
- Manageable caseloads
- $60-$80/hour
Requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
- NASP License (preferred but not required)
- State License as a School Psychologist and Department of Education (when required)
- 2+ years of experience (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of Counseling and Psychological Assessment
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents while demonstrating a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
Physical Requirements
If applicable, working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, per the duties required by the school district.
