About the Role:
Join us in shaping Fioneer’s data‑driven future. We are moving fast, thinking bold, and looking for someone who wants to make real impact through organizational and people analytics. As part of the Business Optimization & Insights team, you will help turn data into clarity, action, and smart decisions across the company - ultimately enabling the right choices in capability building and organizational scaling so we can achieve our growth ambitions.
Tasks are all around organizational, people and change data
- Design, build, and evolve a scalable people & organization data foundation that integrates data from multiple business systems and enables advanced analytics and reporting across the company.
- Structure, prepare, and model data in a meaningful and scalable way, ensuring that datasets can be reused, combined, and extended as the organization grows.
- Ensure high data quality, consistency, and well‑designed processes across our people- and organization landscape by defining standards, validating data flows, and driving continuous improvements.
- Develop dashboards and analytical cockpits that provide transparency and enable functions through self-service insights
- Analyse capability and organizational trends and translate your findings into story‑driven presentations that support corporate- and business leadership in fact‑based decision making.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, incl. senior management and contribute to shaping our future organizational strategy.
- Foster a data‑driven mindset across the organization by enabling teams to work confidently with data and by guiding them in the effective use of analytical tools
Requirements
- You live in Munich or Belgrade
- You have successfully completed a university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have at least 2 years of experience in (Organizational/People) Analytics in the field of digital business, management consultancy or a fast-growing start-up and have successfully applied your project management and analytical skills in practice
- You are an Excel expert, generally experienced in working with reporting tools (especially PowerBI) and ideally possess some basic programming skills; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
- You show strong ownership for your projects, have a result-oriented way of working and you are able to keep track of multiple tasks even in turbulent times
- You are fluent in English, German is a strong plus
