Headquartered in Miami, Florida, LUSEO Engineering leads the Americas division of the Group, supporting a wide range of projects that include residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks, allowing our engineers to focus on delivering exceptional engineering solutions to our clients. In this position, you will contribute to the overall efficiency of our Miami office and play a critical role in facilitating communication and workflow between teams, clients, and stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to engineering teams, including document management and file organization.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members and clients.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications and inquiries.
  • Maintain and update databases, project tracking systems, and filing systems.
  • Support project management activities by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Help manage office supplies and inventory while ensuring a well-organized office environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude.
