Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assistance throughout the shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store.
• Stock shelves and assist in merchandising products as required.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering their inquiries.
• Handle cash, credit, and return transactions while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy periods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturday 9-4.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
