We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Renewals Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Account Management Team Lead, you will oversee a dedicated portfolio of Oktopost customers, focusing on securing long-term retention through value-based partnerships. This role is designed for a dedicated professional who thrives on nurturing client success and acting as a trusted advisor to drive retention through product expertise and commercial negotiation.
What You'll Do
Responsible for post-sale success by facilitating routine customer meetings and offering support throughout the partnership.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
Lead the renewal processes for a diverse portfolio of customers.
Collaborate with Solutions Managers to address clients' technical requests and ensure they receive maximum value from our platform.
Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features and services.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role.
Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Experience working in a SaaS environment is beneficial.
Knowledge of the digital marketing and social media world is advantageous.
