Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to define and prioritize project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a law practice or legal environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
