Job Summary

Institute for Health and Wellness is seeking an experienced and motivated:

• Aesthetic RN, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or PA-C
  OR
• Licensed Massage Therapist

to operate within our established wellness practice in Wilmington, NC.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial provider seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to grow their own client base in a professional healthcare setting.

The available treatment space can accommodate either an aesthetic medical provider or a licensed massage therapist.

Compensation

Compensation: TBD and negotiable

Structure options may include percentage split, rental agreement, or customized arrangement based on provider experience and existing client base. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities (Aesthetic RN / NP / PA-C)

• Perform aesthetic services within scope of practice (Botox, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, etc.)
• Conduct patient consultations and create treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and strict HIPAA compliance
• Promote services and actively grow client base
• Maintain professional and ethical standards

Responsibilities (Licensed Massage Therapist)

• Provide therapeutic massage services by appointment
• Maintain proper documentation and HIPAA compliance
• Promote services and build client base
• Maintain a clean and professional treatment space
• Collaborate with medical providers as appropriate

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling within operating hours
• By appointment only

Requirements

Qualifications (Aesthetic RN / NP / PA-C)

• Active North Carolina license (RN, NP, or PA-C)
• Aesthetic experience required
• Existing client base preferred
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and business mindset

Qualifications (Licensed Massage Therapist)

• Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License
• Existing client base preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Professional liability insurance
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
