Temporary W2 Position

Compensation: $35-$40/hr

This position is on-site in our Fort Lauderdale corporate office Monday-Friday.

About the Role 

As our Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and build strong talent pipelines for positions designated by your leader. This role is focused on the front end of the recruiting process, with an emphasis on market research, candidate identification, outreach, and pipeline development across your assigned region.

You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure a consistent flow of high quality, qualified candidates while driving efficiency, creativity, and data driven sourcing practices. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the business, the roles being sourced, and the external talent market, along with the ability to speak in data and manage sourcing funnels effectively.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for assigned roles across multiple regions and levels.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring leaders to align on sourcing priorities, target profiles, and market conditions.
  • Conduct talent market research and mapping to identify candidate pools, competitor organizations, and sourcing opportunities.
  • Manage sourcing activity to defined performance metrics, including outreach volume, response rates, pipeline quality, and time to slate.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other databases to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Create and test innovative sourcing approaches and messaging to improve candidate engagement and response rates.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to measure sourcing effectiveness, candidate quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date candidate data within the ATS and sourcing systems.
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified candidates and a positive candidate experience.
  • Proactively identify potential sourcing challenges and recommend solutions to improve pipeline health and hiring outcomes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sourcing tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Support high volume and niche hiring initiatives through targeted sourcing campaigns.
  • Promote employer brand through professional, compliant outreach and engagement.
  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and data protection requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer role requires:

  • 2 to 4 years of sourcing experience supporting exempt and non exempt roles, with a focus on proactive candidate identification and outreach.
  • Experience supporting high volume sourcing initiatives in fast paced environments.
  • Experience sourcing across multiple regions or supporting multi region hiring efforts.
  • Hands on experience using Workable or other applicant tracking and sourcing systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred.
  • Proven ability to thrive in high growth, rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong experience utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Required.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and prioritization abilities.
  • Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic.
  • On site availability five days per week in Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas.
  • High energy, adaptable, and comfortable with change.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to proactively identify sourcing opportunities and build scalable talent pipelines.
