GoNetspeed is expanding rapidly and we’re looking for energetic, driven Door to Door Fiber / Outside Sales Representatives who love meeting new people and helping them save money with unbeatable fiber internet. If you enjoy being out in the field, talking with customers, and earning uncapped commissions, this is the role for you.

Base Salary: $35,000 + Uncapped Commission
Total Target Compensation: $70,000–$125,000+

What You’ll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
• Conduct door-to-door sales to engage and acquire new residential customers.
• Promote and sell GoNetspeed Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV.
• Knock on 50+ doors daily within assigned towns/cities.
• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right solutions.
• Maintain strong knowledge of GoNetspeed products, pricing, and competitive offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quotas.
• Represent GoNetspeed at local community events.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in door-to-door sales is great but not required. We provide full paid training!
Ideal candidates have:
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
• The ability to work independently and maintain excellent attendance.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Availability to work 10 AM – 7 PM, 40 hours/week.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel locally (mileage allowance provided).
Skills That Help You Succeed
• Familiarity with telecom, broadband, or technology sales (a plus, not required)
• Professional and ethical customer interactions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales territory
• Confident face-to-face communication for cold outreach
• Ability to make informed decisions quickly and independently
Physical Requirements
• Frequent standing, walking, and stair climbing (75–100%)
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, lifting, pulling, or pushing (25–49%)
• Ability to read screens, reports, and communicate via phone and email (75–100%)
