What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, replace, and upgrade residential plumbing systems
- Set fixtures including sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, faucets, and water heaters
- Run clean, code-compliant water, drain, and gas piping
- Problem-solve install challenges while keeping homes safe and spotless
- Bring skill, pride, and good energy into every home
- Deliver 5-star install experiences from start to finish
Requirements
- Minnesota Journeyman Plumber license preferred, not a dealbreaker
- 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service mindset
- Comfortable with change in a fast-growing company
- Takes ownership, works hard, and wants to keep leveling up

$50–$60/hour+
