Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic Beaker AP Advisor to join our Epic Services team in support of a health system client. In this role, you will support Beaker AP implementation and optimization efforts, providing hands on application expertise, workflow guidance, and strategic system design support. The consultant will be responsible for core application build and configuration, end user support, system monitoring, issue resolution, and close coordination with clinical and IT stakeholders to ensure efficient laboratory workflows, seamless integrations, and successful implementation outcomes.

Requirements

You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role

• Certifications
• Epic Beaker AP certification required
• Experience
• 5+ years of Epic Beaker experience including implementation work
• Experience in a hospital setting
• Soft Skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to lead stakeholder discussions
