Along with costume design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow. Additionally, our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.
CLO Virtual Fashion, which is leading the global digital fashion market, currently has a total of 13 offices in 11 countries around the world, including Asia, North America, Europe, and South America, and is gradually expanding based on numerous customers from around the world.
Position Overview
CLO Virtual Fashion is looking for a Brand Communications intern to join our Brand Communications team. This individual will support Brand Communications Managers and Content Creators in the promotion of all CLO Virtual Fashion products, with a focus on our 3D garment software for gaming, VFX, and film, Marvelous Designer.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about the world of gaming and film – and preferably has some prior marketing experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to get hands-on experience across a variety of marketing disciplines in a generalist role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on your skills and interests, creating an environment for early career professional development.
CLO is a global company so you may be asked to work with team members in other regions or occasionally join meetings at odd hours, but you will mainly be collaborating with the NY team.
Responsibilities
Campaign Support: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and collaborations with influencers
Social Media Management: Support the development and execution of ongoing social media efforts and develop new strategies. Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future content
Trend Monitoring & Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest news and trends in the film and gaming industries
Communicate cross-functionally with international teams for day-to-day operations and long-term ongoing campaigns
UGC Collection: Identify and curate high quality user-created content from 3D artists. Communicate with artists and studios to secure proper permissions to display works on our channels
Receiving and processing requests related to branding and marketing.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Creative mindset with the ability to generate original and engaging content ideas
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to manage projects and work independently
Interest in video games and film, and the tools artists use to create them
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environmentAbility to write and edit copy for websites, newsletters, social media, blogs, or ads
Creative, analytical, thoughtful, driven, and takes initiative with excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Marvelous Designer or other 3D software
Fluency in Chinese, Japanese, and/or Korean
Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills
Familiarity with design software such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, CapCut.
