Build the Engine of the AI Era
Saviynt is redefining the future of identity security. We need a sophisticated Sr. HR Business Partner (P5) to support our U.S. Product and Engineering (R&D) teams—the technical heartbeat of our company.
The Role
You will be the primary HR strategist for our world-class engineers and product visionaries. This is not a "background" HR role; you will be in the room with R&D leaders, driving organizational design and ensuring our talent strategy keeps pace with our rapid product evolution.

Location: Bay Area Office.
Hybrid Flexibility: Minimum 3 days in office, with additional in-person presence for critical leadership meetings.

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
