ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Maintenance Technician.

The Maintenance Technician supports the designated leadership with the daily operations of all building systems. This includes hard surface maintenance and repair, basic carpentry and metal work, operating, maintaining and repairing all facility system equipment associated with HVAC operations and mechanical and electrical systems. This person will also respond to customer requests and submit and close work orders as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.

The Company may require that the successful candidate hired for this position be fully-vaccinated for COVID-19, if and to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Company will make exceptions for medical, sincerely held religious belief, or other legally required exceptions. 

The Maintenance Technician will complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, and other equipment, systems, or structures. This role ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities. The technician will respond to spills and other emergency situations and perform necessary tasks as needed.

Hourly Rate: $32.00-$34.00 per hour.

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
