We are looking for an AI Engineer to join Muttdata, working for a major financial industry client, to accelerate the adoption of low-code automation tools across the organization. The role will enable teams to build and deploy solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio (workflow-style, similar to n8n).The primary objective of this role is to unblock and operationalize connectors, ensuring they move from request to effective enablement. This position acts as the bridge between intention and execution — aligning business needs, technical validation, governance requirements, and internal approval processes.The initial focus will be on consolidating low-code adoption across teams within the client organization. Once this foundation is solid, the role will help evolve toward more advanced automation initiatives and code-first approaches.

    Responsibilities 🤓

  • Take full ownership of new connector requests, driving them from initial requirement to production enablement.
  • Lead and push homologation processes with Security and other internal stakeholders until approval is achieved.
  • Identify and resolve technical and administrative bottlenecks that slow down adoption.
  • Coordinate with business and technology teams to ensure use cases progress effectively.
  • Ensure connectors are not only approved but fully operational and usable in real scenarios.
  • Provide technical clarity around integrations and connector architecture.
  • Actively drive adoption of low-code solutions across teams.
  • Lay the groundwork for future advanced automation initiatives.

    • Required Skills 💻

  • Strong technical foundation as an AI Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar profile.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication flows, and connector architecture.
  • Ability to quickly understand, use, and explain low-code / workflow automation platforms (experience with Copilot Studio or n8n is a plus, not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in highly regulated corporate environments is a strong plus. The ability to navigate internal bureaucracy, coordinate with Security and Compliance teams, and drive approvals without losing momentum is as critical as the technical skillset for this role. Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to follow up, apply constructive pressure, and drive progress.
