Your Job:
The Distribution Marketing and Commercial Specialist EMEA is critical to our success with our Distribution partners. You are responsible for executing all aspects of Marketing and commercial related topics for the Brooks EMEA distributors. In partnership with the distribution partners and the EMEA marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless executing the right offline and online marketing plans for Brooks distribution partners to ensure a smooth delivery of our seasonal brand stories.
Your Responsibilities:
Marketing (80%):
Manage all marketing requests and the marketing content pool to maximize Brooks visibility in the markets. Liase and connect with EMEA Marketing go-to-persons on a regular base.
Attend EMEA Marketing meetings and be responsible in customizing the content to meet the specific characteristics of each distributor..
Ensure seamless communication with all DIS partners to further bolster the Brooks brand visibility across all markets and channels.
Contribute to the creation of benchmark and status quo presentations based on market feedbacks as needed.
Proactively check and screen current market setups for various marketing requests and improvements
Track the contractually fixed marketing spendings of every Distributor by setting up and executing the marketing reporting
Ensure brand visibility on distributors and retailer’s websites (brand page, PDP, reviews programs, SM)
Travel with Sales management to distributor and GTM meetings for marketing presentations and other commitments.
Support distribution partners in executing digital marketing campaign strategy for the EMEA distribution partners ensuring we are set up to achieve annual business targets.
Work with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Support direct to runner and retailers event productions and executions, plan event rollouts and required resources, supervise event execution and social media engagement on spot (running events & athletes sponsoring events).
Be a key point of contact for and build strong relationships with distributors counterparts to ensure greater brand visibility and equity on our DTC platforms and retailers' digital presence.
Track and report on campaign execution and ROI, build quarterly retail reports.
Manage day-to-day tasks in accordance with the distribution team and the distributors counterparts.
Additional responsibilities as required by the position
Commercial (20%):
Be for a resource for all distributors and ensure distributor satisfaction by autonomous and proactive problem-solving behavior.
Be the interface between distributors, Sales Manager Distribution and Business Planner Distribution for all commercial related requests.
Support Distribution Sales Manager by developing and implementing successful sales tools
Work with distributors, Distribution Manager, Finance and logistics teams to ensure payment for orders is received according to customer specific terms. Create and maintain a payment plan with distributor where necessary. Own the process if needed to guarantee overall success and meet deadlines.
Work in frequent, close and proactive collaboration with Distribution Business Planner to ensure planning excellence.
Coordinate the seasonal GTM with Distribution Manager EMEA
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in International Business or related field
1+ years’ experience working in the field of Sales Marketing
Knowledge of International sales/marketing/commercial experience a plus
Fluency in English (absolute must), other European language skills are a great plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
ERP systems desired
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all of the pieces fit together and affect one another.
Ability to work independently
Self-motivation with strong organizational skills and problem solving abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and readily shift priorities as needed
