Titans Law is seeking an experienced Corporate Litigation Attorney with a background in business valuation disputes, shareholder litigation, and valuation fraud matters.
This role is ideal for a strategic litigator who understands complex financial evidence, forensic accounting issues, and high-stakes commercial disputes involving misrepresentation of company value, asset inflation, earnings manipulation, or fraudulent financial reporting.
About the Role
You will represent clients in sophisticated commercial disputes involving:
- Business valuation litigation
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Buy-sell agreement conflicts
- Fraudulent financial reporting claims
- Valuation misrepresentation and securities-related disputes
- Forensic accounting and expert-driven litigation
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Managing complex discovery and financial document analysis
- Working closely with valuation experts and forensic accountants
- Conducting depositions of financial officers and expert witnesses
- Preparing cases for arbitration or trial
- Negotiating high-value settlements where appropriate

Requirements
- Licensed attorney in good standing with New Jersey Bar
- Experience in complex commercial litigation
- Background in corporate valuation disputes or financial fraud litigation preferred
- Ability to interpret financial statements and valuation reports
- Experience working with expert witnesses
- Strong motion practice and courtroom advocacy skills
- Strategic thinker comfortable with high-value disputes
