As a Sales Representative at NH Ross, you will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to determine the best solutions for their HVAC and plumbing needs.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale.
- Collaborate with the service and installation teams to ensure client needs are met post-sale.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively sell our services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry.
- Strong sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and negotiation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
