Taylor Management Company is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of community associations, ensuring resident satisfaction and maintaining property standards. Salary is $80k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and administration of assigned communities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing concerns and facilitating solutions.
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and manage association funds responsibly.
  • Coordinate maintenance services and vendor contracts to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Facilitate board meetings, providing updates on community operations and financials.
  • Develop and implement programs and events to enhance community engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with community rules and regulations, enforcing policies as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in community management or property management.
  • Strong understanding of homeowners association regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • CMCA or similar certification is preferred.
