Description

From entertainer to leader — your season in charge.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

You don’t want to just participate anymore.
You want to lead.

This role is based in Greece.
You relocate for the season — not as a team member, but as the person guiding the team.

Before you land:

Your accommodation is arranged.
Your meals are included.
Your contract is prepared.

No apartment stress.
No financial uncertainty at the beginning.

You arrive ready to take responsibility — not to figure out logistics.

YOUR FIRST WEEK IN GREECE

You meet your entertainment team.

Different personalities.
Different strengths.
Different energy levels.

Your job?
Bring structure without killing the fun.

You organise daily schedules.
You assign activities.
You support rehearsals.
You step in when something doesn’t run smoothly.

You are not sitting in an office.
You are part of the program — visible, active, involved.

And yes, it’s Greece.
There are pool games, themed nights, music, guest interaction.

But now you’re the one making sure it all works.

WHAT LEADERSHIP MEANS HERE

You motivate when someone is tired.
You solve conflicts before they escalate.
You communicate with hotel management.
You make sure safety standards and professionalism stay high.

You are the bridge between:
– Hotel management
– Entertainment team
– Guests

You protect the team atmosphere.
You protect the guest experience.

AFTER THE SEASON

You don’t just leave with memories.

You leave with:

Leadership experience abroad
Team management proof
Crisis handling skills
Operational understanding of hotel entertainment

And that is valuable far beyond one summer.

This is not “just another season in Greece.”

It’s a season where you step up.

If you’re ready to lead —
join our Hotel Activities Supervisor team in Greece. 🇬🇷✨

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

You already have entertainment or animation experience.

You know how activities work.
You understand guest dynamics.
You can handle pressure.

You need:
– Strong communication skills
– Leadership mindset
– Basic English (German or French is a plus)
– EU passport
– Confidence in decision-making

This is not a “first job abroad.”
This is a next step.

Benefits

WHAT YOUR SEASON LOOKS LIKE

You work full-time, typically 5–6 days per week.
You live close to your workplace.
You eat at the hotel.

Your costs are reduced because accommodation and meals are included.
That gives you financial stability during the season.

Your days are structured — but no two days feel identical.

Some days you manage schedules.
Some days you perform.
Some days you solve problems.
Some nights you stand backstage making sure the show runs perfectly.
