This role is designed for a true closer who understands real estate investment financing and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with real estate investors seeking hard money financing
  • Structure and present loan solutions based on LTV, ARV, and deal strength
  • Manage the full loan lifecycle from lead intake to funding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and referral partners
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Hard Money lending (required)
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment transactions
  • Ability to analyze deals and assess risk quickly
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
