Join our dynamic team as a Senior Data & Systems Analyst. As we scale, you will be instrumental in building our foundation from the ground up. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives in a fluid startup environment. You'll play a key role in building our foundation, working with cutting-edge technologies, and collaborating with leadership. In this position, you will have the independence to select, implement, and integrate the systems that handle our financials, inventory, and operational data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Systems Implementation: Support the deployment of our ERP system (NetSuite), Inventory Management System, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Data Architecture & ETL: Design, oversee, and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to integrate various databases, transferring raw data into a unified warehouse.
- Inventory & Financial Systems: Develop robust systems for monitoring inventory levels, cost of goods sold (COGS), and financial performance, ensuring accurate data from purchase through to sale.
- Automate Reporting: Create real-time dashboards (utilizing Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) for executive leadership to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Governance: Implement data standards and best practices to maintain data integrity as the company grows.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Analyze raw data to address operational challenges and offer insights to the leadership team.
Requirements
- This position requires access to export-controlled information. Employment is contingent upon the applicant being a U.S. person as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or Business Systems Analyst.
- Proven experience implementing or heavily customizing ERP/Inventory systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Expert-level SQL skills for data modeling and transformation.
- Desire to learn modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran/Airbyte, Snowflake/BigQuery).
- Experience with scripting languages (Python) for data manipulation and creating API integrations to connect third-party apps.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, Inventory Valuation) and business operations.
- Deep understanding of accounting fundamentals (revenue recognition, month-end close) and supply chain/inventory logic.
- Preferred experience in developing systems that are compliant with AS9100 or ITAR/CMMC regulations.
- Preferred ability to design automated audit trails and DCAA-compliant financial tools, ensuring that our data infrastructure adheres to strict government and industry standards from the outset.

Benefits
The expected annual salary range for this position is $70,000-$150,000.
