Warehouse Associate en National Star Services

Description

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Temp –Hire Warehouse Team Lead for our location in Houston, TX 77038.

 
Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise & lead a team of 20 warehouse associates, including new hires.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow loading schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with both warehouse staff and management regarding operations and performance.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and strict compliance with safety protocols.

Available Schedule:

Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed)

 1st Shift:  5:30am. To 2:30pm.

Starting Pay Rate:

$14.00-18.00 per hour based on Performance.

Requirements:

• Must be authorize to work lawfully in the U.S.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish speaker)
• Updated Resume is required to apply.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Leadership or supervising experience.
• Have and wear Steel toe boots (Required for safety)
• Own transportation to get to and from work on time.
• Background check & Drug test will be conducted.
• Be able to start working as soon as possible.
