Program Overview:

This is a 12-month immersive rotational program. You will work deeply within our core business functions, rotating roles every 3–5 months to gain a comprehensive understanding of how a disruptive global technology company operates. We place particular emphasis on applying AI technologies to drive growth and innovation across key areas, including GTM, regional sales, global cross-border operations, customer experience management, and retail.

Potential Rotation Pathways:

Regional Marketing Strategy
Contribute to global product launches by working closely with international teams to adapt strategies for regional markets. Support the development and execution of localized marketing plans that align with global objectives while meeting regional customer needs.

Regional Sales Strategy
Gain hands-on experience in one of our key growth markets, supporting sales planning and channel development initiatives. Collaborate with partners, assist in forecasting and performance tracking, and help strengthen relationships to drive sustainable growth.

Global E-commerce & Growth
Support the management and optimization of direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms to improve digital sales performance. Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, increasing conversion rates, and driving online growth.

Data-Driven Retail Operations
Assist in shaping retail strategies across both physical and digital environments. Support in-store experience initiatives, inventory planning, and operational improvements as the business expands into new markets.
