what is CRED?
CRED is an exclusive community for india’s most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals, where the members are rewarded for good financial behavior. here’s what awaits you once you join CRED.
what will you do:
- own expert availability and platform liquidity end-to-end
- ensure supply meets demand during peaks; recover missed demand in real time
- manage scheduling hygiene, no-shows, drop-offs, and coverage gaps
- protect availability SLAs through nudges and guardrails
- own payouts, reconciliation, disbursements, and audit hygiene
- resolve payout queries and eliminate leakages
- triage live operational incidents and drive root cause fixes with product & tech
- monitor liquidity, SLAs, payout failures, and missed demand daily
- set up alerts and share sharp updates with stakeholders
- build a lean ops team with clear ownership and strong operating rhythms
- improve reliability and efficiency through tooling and automation
you should apply if you have:
- 7–10 years experience in operations / live ops / marketplace ops
- experience running real-time or near-real-time operations
- hands-on experience with scheduling, availability, or supply management
- exposure to payouts, reconciliation, or payments operations
- strong execution mindset; calm under pressure
- comfortable working with tech and finance teams
- comfort with AI tools and ability to use them for process automation, operational dashboards and analysis, SOP creation and optimisation
- experience scaling ops from 0 → 1 or early growth
