Job Description

Summary :

  • Define product requirements, work with engineering teams, and deliver solutions that meet user needs.
  • Requires expanded knowledge and experience in own area; incumbents are still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
  • Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
  • Solves a range of straightforward problems
  • Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures
  • ​​​​​​​Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Responsibilities :

  • Performs mainly straightforward assignments, using prescribed guidelines to resolve problems, building knowledge in their area of expertise.
  • Requirements Definition: Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Roadmap Contribution: Assist in building and maintaining the product roadmap by helping prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product lifecycle. Facilitate effective communication and coordination to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively communicating product updates, progress, and key learnings.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Product management
  • Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
  • Proven experience in backlog grooming, demonstrating strong prioritization skills, and effectively supporting the team in successful sprint planning.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans and detailed product requirements documented in PRDs.
  • Technical Acumen: Foundational understanding of software development processes and technologies, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents
  • No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates
  • Explains information to others in straightforward situations
  • Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets
  • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; relevant certifications or advanced coursework preferred.
  •  Experience working in B2B product-based companies.

Additional Information

Working Hours : Requires overlap hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST based on specific requirements.
