Description
About the company
Our client is the European subsidiary of a leading KFC franchisee that operates one of the fastest-growing international-format restaurant chains.
Our client's goal is to scale KFC’s presence in Germany, open modern restaurants, and build a strong operational team working in accordance with international QSR standards.
Shape the future of a dynamic restaurant brand from the ground up! Our client is seeking a visionary Area Coach to lead their expansion across Thuringia, Saxony, and Bavaria—starting with the launch of 1–2 new restaurants in 2026 and building a robust regional network. This is a rare opportunity to design operational excellence from scratch: define processes, implement digital tools, cultivate franchise partnerships, and craft the guest experience without legacy constraints. Enjoy entrepreneurial freedom with corporate backing, extensive travel across three diverse German states, and the satisfaction of building a thriving business where your strategic decisions directly shape growth and culture from day one.
The current work arrangement is remote/travel-based.
The future office will be located in one of the cities in Thuringia, Saxony, or Bavaria.
