Apartment Maintenance Technician en Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC

Description

We are looking for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for the Audubon Downs apartments in Memphis, Tennessee.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, rotating weekends on-call, overtime as needed

Responsibilities include:

• Groundskeeping, including pool maintenance
• HVAC and appliance installation and repair
• Plumbing and electrical repair
• Lock installation, repair, and re-keying
• Preventive maintenance
• Make-ready
• Daily documentation of work performed
• Following company and OSHA safety policies

Requirements

MUST HAVE

• HVAC certification (Universal preferred)

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Physical ability to perform assigned tasks

• General knowledge of applicable building codes / laws
• Ability to complete required documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable vehicle suitable for maintenance work
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings
