Your role and responsibilities

As a Technical Consultant specializing in AIOps, you play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and achieving operational excellence. This role leverages AI and ML techniques to streamline IT operations and generate measurable business value. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design Tailored AIOps Solutions: Engage with clients to assess their infrastructure and operational challenges, and design tailored AIOps solutions to address their specific needs. This involves analyzing client requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing customized solutions. • Implement AIOps Platforms: Implement AIOps platforms, analyzing large volumes of operational data, and optimizing monitoring and alerting systems to improve IT operations efficiency. • Optimize Performance: Focus on performance optimization and continuous improvement, helping clients achieve greater reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency in their IT operations. • Apply AI and ML Techniques: Leverage natural language understanding (NLU), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to extract action phrases, deliver more effective next-best actions, and accelerate time to resolution.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to AIOps Platforms: Experience working with AIOps platforms, analyzing large volumes of operational data, and optimizing monitoring and alerting systems. • Programming Language Proficiency: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with the ability to apply programming skills to implement AIOps solutions. • IT Service Management Knowledge: Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, with certifications being advantageous. • AI and ML Techniques: Exposure to natural language understanding (NLU), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) techniques, with the ability to apply these techniques to extract action phrases and deliver more effective next-best actions. • Cloud Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms, with certifications being advantageous.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Certifications in ITIL or Cloud: Having certifications in ITIL, DevOps, or cloud platforms is advantageous, demonstrating expertise in IT service management and cloud computing. • Strong Communication Skills: Possessing strong communication skills is beneficial, enabling effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored AIOps solutions. • Proficiency in Additional Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages beyond Python is desirable, allowing for adaptability and versatility in implementing AIOps solutions.
