The Outlet Runner supports on-course Food & Beverage operations by transporting food, beverages, ice, and supplies to outlet locations across the resort. This role helps keep snack bars and service areas organized, stocked, and running smoothly by coordinating deliveries, supporting inventory needs, and maintaining clean, functional storage areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support daily on-course operations by delivering food, beverage, ice, and supplies across the resort, including navigating high-traffic roads, trails, and uneven terrain.
Perform routine requisitioning, receiving, stocking, and restocking to ensure outlets, carts, and storerooms remain organized and properly supplied.
Maintain awareness of food, beverage, alcohol, tobacco, and retail items carried to support accurate deliveries.
Maintain basic delivery or inventory records as needed.
Respond promptly to delivery requests from outlet and Food & Beverage team members.
Support event setup and breakdown by delivering and arranging equipment, tables, or supplies as needed.
Help keep on-course service areas, equipment, restrooms, and storage spaces clean and orderly.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service expectations at all times.
Support overall Food & Beverage operations as needed.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old by the first day of employment.
Valid driver’s license required.
High school diploma preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
Completion of Learn2Serve training for alcohol service, food handling, and tobacco prior to or within 30 days of employment.
Clear and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
Minimum availability of three full eight-hour shifts per week, including either Saturday or Sunday, with flexibility based on operational needs.
Professional demeanor and appearance, dependable work habits, and a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Physical activities may include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and transporting supplies across on-course areas, as well as operating carts or other role-specific equipment. Lifting needs may vary based on daily operations. Work takes place primarily outdoors, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions and uneven terrain.
