As a Graphic Design Intern, you will help support our expanding creative workload across multiple brands, especially as the holiday season will be closely approaching. Our primary objective would be to introduce fresh creative perspectives and current design trends to our campaigns. It was also support to day-to-day design need of the team.

Our internships are full-time positions, and interns should expect to work Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours per week, typically between 8 AM-5 PM. Specific team norms around working hours will be communicated by your manager. Interns should not have conflicts such as classes or other employment during the workday. Applicants should have a minimum of one quarter/semester/trimester remaining in their studies after their internship concludes. Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the creation of design pieces for Ads.
  • Help create clean, engaging, and visually cohesive designs that align with the brand’s guidelines and aesthetic.
  • Collarborate with the marketing and creative teams.
  • Style and manipulate imagery in Adobe Photoshop to enhance visual appeal and ensure consistency across catalogs.
  • Work within deadlines to produce hig-quality work.
  • Show interest and stay current on design trends.
  • Use appropriate technologies (Adobe Creative Suite) to deliver high quality design products.
  • Have open communication and collaboration with designers, peers and Art Directors.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Graphic Design, or a related field, with an expected graduation conferral date between October 2026 – December 2029.
  • Able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the course of a 10 to 12-week summer internship between May through September 2026.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates initiative, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $20.00 an hour.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed primarily in a n office environment.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  • Position requires regular, continuous use of a computer.
  • Position requires regular sitting and standing and walking.
  • Position requires regular interaction with team members through in-person meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, or email.
  • This is a hybrid position. Candidates are expected in the office M, T & Th with optional work from home days Wednesday & Friday
