About Us
LBC Capital Income Fund, LLC is a Reg D Fund, and is a private investment fund in California that focuses on safeguarding your investment while investing in trust deeds and delivering impressive returns.
We’re expanding our B2B broker channel and are looking for experienced Account Executives, preferably with an existing book of business and an established broker network.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you will manage and grow relationships with mortgage brokers, acting as their main point of contact and trusted partner. This is a relationship-driven, consultative role — ideal for professionals transitioning from retail or correspondent banking into a more dynamic, sales-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of mortgage broker partners
- Educate brokers on LBC products, guidelines, and programs
- Act as a trusted advisor to brokers throughout the loan lifecycle
- Drive volume through relationship management, follow-ups, and deal structuring
- Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and leadership teams to close loans
- Identify growth opportunities and expand broker production
- Maintain CRM records and ensure clean, professional communication
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience as an Account Executive, Relationship Manager, Loan Officer, or Banker
- Background in private funds, banks and hard money.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and lending fundamentals
- Comfortable working in a B2B, broker-facing environment
- Professional communication style and relationship-building mindset
- Sales-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
