Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Automation & AI Intern to help optimize our business processes with cutting-edge tools. If you love solving complex problems at the intersection of business and technology, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in automation, AI, and process innovation. Help us to succeed building the market leader of car subscriptions at lightning speed. You will join a highly motivated team of 10 BAAMs.

    • Your Responsibilities

  • Efficiency Focus: Own the complete development, roll-out, and enhancement of automations, AI agents, or interfaces that supercharge our daily business.
  • Work Cutting Edge: Optimize & scale processes using innovative tools such as Make, Retool, Airtable, Decagon, RelevanceAI, Cursor, Claude Code, and many more.
  • Business First: Work closely with your key stakeholders to identify new innovative automation opportunities and drive process improvements. 
  • Measure to Succeed: You prioritize based on data & user feedback and conceptualize lean, pragmatic solutions that validate assumptions quickly and resolve the problem identified.
  • Choose Your Gear: Develop and launch AI-driven workflows & agentic solutions to redefine process automation. Stay ahead of automation trends and proactively implement useful innovations.

    • Your Profile

  • Immediate on-site availability in Munich of at least 6 months.
  • Pursuing a degree in technology or business at a top university, preferably already graduated as Bachelor.
  • Keen to work entrepreneurial in making processes more efficient and improving the user experience with cutting-edge approaches.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a highly analytical mindset, and bias for action.
  • Excitement about workflow automation, agentic approaches, and other emerging technologies.
  • Willing to take ownership, ability to move fast in ambiguous cross-functional environments, & committed to continuous learning
  • Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (C1).
