A day in the life
In this role, you’ll support a portfolio of Financial Services customers, including banks, national law firms and mortgage processing providers, using the PEXA Exchange. Your day will involve acting as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing operational guidance, resolving issues, and supporting platform adoption.
You’ll also contribute to complex change initiatives such as bank mergers and acquisitions, coordinating timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications. Alongside project work, you’ll deliver business-as-usual operational support, assist with onboarding activities, maintain accurate documentation, and help develop training materials and customer guidance. Continuous improvement and adherence to PEXA’s risk and governance frameworks are central to everything you do.
About the role
The Associate – Financial Services supports customers across PEXA’s Financial Services segment to deliver an exceptional experience on the PEXA Exchange. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, this role plays a key part in supporting regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.
You’ll combine strong customer focus with hands-on PEXA Exchange expertise and project coordination capability, supporting both operational delivery and complex customer change initiatives. This role offers broad exposure to customer relationship management, project delivery and product enablement within PEXA.
Key capabilities we’re looking for:
Experience supporting customers within financial services or regulated environments
Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience
Hands-on experience using the PEXA Exchange
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer outcomes
What success looks like in the first 6–12 months:
Building trusted relationships with a portfolio of Financial Services customers
Confidently supporting customers with operational use of the PEXA Exchange
Effectively coordinating project activities for change initiatives, including bank mergers
Contributing to improved customer experience through process and workflow improvements
Operating consistently within PEXA’s risk, compliance and governance frameworks
