The EA provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to a senior technology leader in a fast-paced, growing tech organization. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and acts as a trusted partner, helping the executive / senior leader stay focused on the highest-impact priorities while ensuring the technology organization operates smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable in a technical environment, and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence. They have strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. They are tech savvy and comfortable quickly learning new collaboration, coordination, and organizational tools in a dynamic technology environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones
Prioritize meetings based on business impact and urgency
Prepare agendas, meeting briefs, and pre-reads
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them
Serve as a gatekeeper for the executive’s time while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Draft, edit, and send communications on behalf of the executive as needed
Coordinate closely with engineering, product, security, infrastructure, and IT leaders
Partner with other EAs and senior leaders to ensure alignment
Track action items and follow up on key decisions
Support planning and execution of key initiatives and priorities •
Maintain dashboards, trackers, or status reports for leadership visibility
Assist with preparation for leadership and strategic meetings
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Handle expense reporting and budget tracking
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and tools as needed
Support team events, offsites, and recruiting logistics
(Preferred) Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives
(Preferred) Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
(Preferred) Run small projects independently as needed
(Preferred) Ensure clear communication and accountability across teams
Basic Qualification:
4 to 6 years of experience supporting senior leaders (VP, SVP, C-level, or equivalent)
Experience supporting leaders in a technology, engineering, or product organization
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack or Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom)
(Preferred) Understand how tech teams / orgs work
(Preferred) Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, or similar
(Preferred) Strong project management skills
