Pay Range: $46,000–$60,000

What You’ll Do

• Own the schedule — matching caregivers to clients and keeping shifts fully covered
• Communicate with families, field staff, and clinical leaders to keep care running smoothly
• Problem-solve quickly when last-minute changes come up
• Track details with accuracy so nothing falls through the cracks
• Help create a positive experience for both caregivers and the clients they serve

What We’re Looking For

• Office experience required; healthcare or home care experience is a plus
• Caregiving or healthcare background is helpful but not required
• Comfortable using computers, including Word, Excel, and scheduling systems
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and confident on the phone
• Reliable, positive, and ready to be part of a team that depends on you
