SUMMARY  

Become a vital part of our summer team as a Customer Service Representative and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all pool-goers! In this role, you'll oversee front desk duties, enforce safety regulations, and provide friendly assistance to patrons. From checking patrons into the pool facility, to maintaining cleanliness and organization, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a positive atmosphere at the pool. This seasonal position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer service while enjoying the summer sun. Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES  

• Ensures that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures for the facility are followed 

• Advises guests of improper activities or dangers and enforces facility regulations and policies 

• Ability to work independently 

• Maintain focus at a high level for extended periods 

• Complete daily opening/closing procedure checklists 

• Report maintenance issues to management 

• Ability to communicate effectively with patrons, co-workers, and management 

• Perform other related duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS  

Minimum  

• Must be at least 16 years of age and be able to obtain a work permit if under the age of 18 

• Be able to work a minimum of 3 days a week and have one day of weekend availability 

• Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours 

• Reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts 

• Candidate must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and have a willingness to interact with the public 

• Reliable transportation 

Preferred  

• Be able to work weekends and holidays
