We’re seeking a motivated Data Analyst Intern to support our team by turning data into insights that help optimize programs, enhance client experience, and strengthen our strategic decision-making.
This is a paid internship, with compensation ranging from $20 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (e.g., user engagement, course performance, marketing metrics, surveys).
- Analyze trends and patterns to help teams understand performance, user behavior, and areas for improvement.
- Support reporting by preparing dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar.
- Assist with building and automating regular reports for internal teams and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., content, marketing, product) to translate business questions into data-driven answers.
- Help evaluate the impact of programs such as online courses, podcasts, and organizational offerings.
- Communicate insights clearly through written summaries and presentations to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in a quantitative or related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science).
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for making data actionable.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic database querying; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate data insights for non-technical audiences.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a mission-driven, collaborative team environment.
