Description

Position Overview:

• As an F-02 Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the youth center premises and its occupants.
• Monitor facility access and maintain a secure environment through regular patrols.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, following established protocols to ensure a swift and effective resolution.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and enforce policies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current F-02 Security Guard License required.
• High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• 1-year of previous security experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Must be physically fit to stand and patrol various areas for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation is essential for commuting to different sites.
